Developed business, negotiated lease locations, trained Hired District Mangers, Store Managers, sales training. Developed, wrote, and implemented sales and procedure training manuals. Began with concept and opened 85 units in 8 states. Have extensive experience in multi store business strategy and application. Started with one store and grew company to $26 million dollars in revenue. Managed 8 District managers and over 250 employees

Developed business for kitchen cabinet company. Developed accounts for retail and wholesale suppliers and lumber yards. Design, supply and provide installation of kitchen cabinets. Train kitchen designers.

Supervised Home Improvement, Plumbing, Hardware, managed staff, inventory control, kitchen cabinet design, roofing, and HVAC installation.
